1. How does the auto/boat transport process work?
We arrange for your vehicle or boat to be picked up from your specified location, securely loaded, and transported to your desired destination. You’ll receive updates throughout the process to ensure peace of mind.
2. Is my vehicle/boat insured during transport?
Yes, all vehicles and boats transported by Genesis Exotic Transport are fully insured throughout the shipping process for any unforeseen events. Each transport a certificate of insurance (coi) is issues to the owner of the property.
3. How long does the shipping process take?
Delivery times vary depending on the distance and route, but we provide an estimated delivery window before the transport begins.
4. What types of vehicles and boats do you transport?
We specialize in transporting luxury, exotic, classic, and high-value vehicles, as well as a variety of boats, including yachts, speedboats, and sailboats.
5. Do you offer enclosed transport for exotic or luxury vehicles?
Yes, we provide enclosed transport options to protect your high-value vehicles from weather and road debris during shipping.
6. What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 30 days of booking are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any logistical service fees that have already been prepaid on your behalf to transport your car or boat. These fees may include dispatch charges, permit costs, route surveys, pilot cars, police escorts or carrier deposits, and will be itemized in your refund summary.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled transport date.
Please allow up to 30 days for any eligible deposits to be processed and returned to your original form of payment.
To initiate a cancellation or review any prepaid service fees, please contact our support team directly.
7. How do I prepare my vehicle/boat for transport?
Before transport, remove any personal belongings, ensure the vehicle/boat is clean, and document its condition with photos. For boats, remove loose or fragile items.
8. How much does auto/boat transport cost?
Pricing depends on several factors, including distance, type of vehicle/boat, and transport method. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs
9. Can I track the progress of my vehicle/boat during transport?
Yes, we offer 24/7 GPS tracking services so you can monitor the progress of your vehicle or boat and receive updates throughout the journey.
10. What if my delivery is delayed?
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen events like weather or traffic may cause delays. We will keep you informed and work to get your vehicle or boat to its destination as quickly as possible.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
All automotive transportation bookings are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick up date. All boat transportation bookings are refundable with 7 days notice before the scheduled pick up date.. All refunds are subject to $100 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
